What we sell
Every Curious Closet piece is one-of-a-kind. Photographs are taken in natural light and edited as little as possible, but colours can vary slightly on different screens. Measurements are listed on each piece — please check before ordering.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Your order is reserved as soon as payment clears.
Shipping
UK orders are usually posted within 5–7 working days of payment, by Royal Mail tracked. International orders take 1–3 weeks. Free shipping over £120 (UK); a flat £6.50 below that. International shipping is quoted at checkout.
Returns
Because pieces are one-of-a-kind and partly hand-made, we can't always offer a full return. But — if your piece doesn't fit, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll either refund or remake.
To return: piece must come back unworn, in its original packaging. Return postage is on you unless it arrived faulty. Once we have it, refunds go back to the original card within 5 working days.
Faulty / damaged items
If it arrives faulty, or develops a fault from normal wear within 30 days, we'll repair, replace or refund. After 30 days, we'll still mend it — for free for the first year, at cost after that. Slow fashion means a piece should last; we'll do our bit to make sure it does.
Liability
Nothing in these terms tries to limit your statutory rights as a UK consumer. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost wedding because the parcel got stuck in customs — sorry, but that's the courier).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
