Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. We have an extensive cleaning process and garment standards that must be met before a garment goes out to another customer. Our best-in-class cleaning process includes wet cleaning and dry cleaning to ensure all garments are thoroughly sanitized. Once cleaned, all garments are processed through a high-heat steam tunnel that reaches a minimum of 240°F. This exceeds the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines of 167°F as the stated temperature sufficient to kill flu viruses.
After each garment is cleaned thoroughly, it is inspected three times in our state-of-the-art laundry facility before being shipped out.
We also pack each box by hand, so the clothing that reaches you will be in The Curious Closet-approved condition.
